3.2 Unless you have stated specifically, the merchandise will be delivered to the address you have given when you submitted your order via courier on freight collect terms.
3.3 The shipping fee is free of charge for any order of $200 HKD or more.
3.4 The above free shipping policy does not apply to deliveries to remote or special areas, outlying islands, and buildings without elevators.
3.5 Once the merchandise has been delivered to you, you will become its owner. Therefore, it will be held at your own risk.
4.1 Unless otherwise specified, no returns or replacement of goods will be accepted.
4.2 Goods may be returned within 3 days after receiving them if they are faulty, defective, damaged (not caused by you), an incorrect quantity, or wrong item. Goods that are returned at a later date will not be accepted.
4.3 Goods will be accepted for return only if they are in the original condition with all parts and accessories including labels, manuals, packaging bags, and boxes.
